Orders, Shipping & Delivery

All prices on our website are GST inclusive, where applicable.

Shipping Costs

We are using Australia Post for the shipping of our Preserves. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the total weight.  We are using our own packaging instead of Australia Post satchels to reduce plastic waste.

Bottles

Bottles are very fragile and can break easily despite bubble wrapping due to rough handling by parcel delivery services. Shipping is therefore at your own risk. Australia Post usually handles parcels with care.

Shipping Insurance
By default, all items are shipped with insurance up to $100 through

Australia Post.

Australia Post requires you to contact Australia Post directly (not Naturally Berry) if goods have been damaged. Use the tracking number and provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods and the damage to the parcel/packaging with your claim to Australia Post.

Order Processing

We try to process orders within 24 hours or the next business day and are delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, Christmas Day and Easter) by a designated courier service. In the case that your order is placed on a Thursday or Friday, we will ship the parcel on Monday to avoid being held in a warehouse.

What are your delivery options?
Items will be sent out using couriers or Australia Post.  You will need to provide a physical street address.

We cannot ship to po boxes, and orders to po boxes will therefor be rejected.

Authority to leave at Front Door

By default, we will instruct the courier to leave the parcel at your front door. 

Please let us know before ordering if you have any special instructions for your delivery. At the checkout, you can let us know if you would like the courier to, e.g., leave the parcel in side entry. If you like to have your delivery signed for, and you're not home or miss the driver, the courier service will charge you an additional fee.

How do I track my order?
You will be provided with a tracking number once your shipment is ready for pickup or has commenced if you have provided us with a valid email address.

Do you provide International delivery?
At this stage, we are not offering any delivery outside Australia. Costs are at the moment prohibitive.

Are you delivering to Northern Territory?
At this stage we are not offering any delivery to the Northern Territory due to the hot weather conditions that may lead to spoilage of our products.

What is your returns policy?
If a customer changes his mind after the item was sent out, we will only refund money at our own discretion and decide on a case-by-case basis. To return items, they have to do so at their own costs.
